Job Description

Our boutique law firm is seeking a full-time Employment Litigation Attorney to join our team. We take pride in providing sophisticated legal representation while maintaining a collegial culture and genuine commitment to work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent employment litigation experience, with demonstrated strength in legal research, writing, and motion practice. While the majority of our practice focuses on employment law defense, our attorneys also have exposure to a variety of other litigation matters.

We are looking for an attorney who is analytical, strategic, and committed to delivering exceptional client service. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is a practical, ethical approach to advocacy. Our team values professionals who are collaborative, personable, and take their work seriously while maintaining a sense of perspective and humor.

Requirements

  • Active California Bar membership in good standing
  • At least 1 year of recent employment litigation experience
  • Experience with legal writing, research, and motion practice
  • Strong analytical, communication, and client-management skills

Compensation & Expectations

  • Annual billable requirement of 1,600 hours
  • Opportunities to earn additional variable compensation for hours billed above the annual expectation, when available
